With only a few organized players developing warehouse infrastructure for consumption-led companies, there is an unmet demand for developing the physical infrastructure required to service the logistics sector in India.

Currently, warehousing facilities in India are not of international standards and are affected by factors such as expensive real estate and delays caused by inefficient transportation.

We are leveraging supply chain capabilities from Future Supply chain Solutions Ltd. (FSCSL), a Future Group company focused in supply chain management, to supply physical space and to avoid risks of lower occupancy.  We are confident that capabilities will help us re-organize the retail procedure and warehousing infrastructure horizon across the country.

We have partnered with ESR to develop large-scale warehouses at Nagpur and Jhajjar.
