Mr. Sunil Biyani is a Commerce Graduate with Masters in Business Administration and is instrumental in setting up various formats in the Group. He has extensive experience in textiles, retail sectors, Building and Construction, Property related transaction and project management. He leads the real estate, mall management teams of various group companies within the Future Group.

Mr. Pramod Arora is an accomplished and a seasoned professional leading, guiding and enabling growth, expansion operations & strategy across organisations. He has a career spanning across Retail, Commercial, Industrial Real Estate, Media and Entertainment for more than 28 Years .

He has been a driving force behind PVR Limited since 1997, when it opened its & India’s first 4 screen multiplex cinema. Charting out an aggressive yet cautious and perseverant strategy comprising organic growth and acquisitions, he has been instrumental in making PVR as India’s largest cinema exhibition company with more 800 screens.

Having served as a Director on boards of various organizations like Burger King India, Future Market Networks Limited, Select City Walk and many others, his experience & guidance has been instrumental in their growth trajectory. He has held leadership positions in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Operating Officer, and Managing Director across PVR, Oberoi Realty, F&B Asia Pte Ltd, Future Group in the past.

An alumni of IIM Ahmedabad and an Electrical Engineering graduate from the class of 1992, he is widely regarded as an expert strategist enabling & guiding companies to value creation in the complex business environs.

Mr. Misra is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is having 3 decades of versatile experience in management and operations with various corporates. Mr. Misra has done his Masters in Business Administration and worked with reputed corporates like Indian Hotels Company Limited, The Phoenix Mills Limited etc. Accordingly, he is elevated from the post of Chief Executive Officer to Whole Time Director on the Board of the Company

Mr. Anil Biyani aged approx. 58 years, is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University and has over three decades of entrepreneurial experience in a wide range of fields including textile manufacturing, brand development and retailing.

A chartered accountant with almost 10 years of experience in Statutory & Tax Audits, Value added tax, book-keeping and income tax as well.
